To be able to efficiently use tm5, its users have to be properly trained. We start with the training during the customizing. You set up the software and we help you. After just a short period of time, you will be able to make the required system settings yourself. In addition to this, we also offer a variety of different training courses:

• Regular training courses for administrators and users, which are not specific to any particular customer, held in varying languages, provided by our service & support team.

• Training courses specifically for your company, in whatever form you desire. This includes courses on your or a subsidiary's premises, be it in Frankfurt, Shanghai or New York. Distance doesn't matter to us. Alternatively, you can make use of our training rooms in Ettenheim, Germany.

• Internet-based training saves travelling time and expenses. These are well suited for limited training courses or for follow-up courses.

• Individual DVDs and webcasts are also options to make extensive training courses available. They make it possible for every trainee to review the individual chapters as required and to be able to learn the corresponding material at their own pace.
