Local support means assistance round the clock. To be able to provide prompt assistance, our hotline is switched between our locations in Ettenheim, Germany, and Vancouver, Canada. This means that your subsidiaries can receive assistance at any time as required, even if you are not available, up to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

 

There are a lot of questions and subjects involved in the processing of payments. This is a point where immediate assistance is frequently necessary.
