Cash Management

The first source of data is the daily cash management, where all bank statements are read in either centrally or distributed, or are imported via LMPAYMENT. Accounts for which there is no electronic information can also be entered manually. The result represents the balances of all bank and clearing accounts within the group. These are then available dependent on value date or booking date.

Apart from the balances for the current accounts, the financial status also contains all information on lines of credit, loans, investments and other transactions with banks or group companies. Due to the integration of the modules in tm5, they are dynamically assimilated and assigned to the required analysis categories.

Reporting on Demand

The preparation is done individually, via the very flexible and powerful online reporting system. Users choose the information to be displayed, the key date for the analysis, and the consolidation of companies and contracting parties by themselves. An extensive range of selection criteria enables a variety of analyses.

Exchange rates can be selected from various sources. During the analysis, users can decide whether they use the market rates from the core data in tm5, or internal corporate booking or any other rates.

After the preparation of all information, a variety of consolidation levels are available. When displaying the individual transactions, you can of course branch off to the required transaction. Thus, all details are always available with a single click.
