If it is possible, within this site, to enter personal or business data (e-mail addresses, names, mailing addresses etc.), the input of this data is the sole and voluntary decision of the respective user. Your data will be stored by us for the processing of the desired transaction. All data will be handled confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties. The use and payment of all offered services do not, as far as technically possible and reasonable, require the input of such data, or may respectively be done using anonymized data or a pseudonym. The use or the passing on of data contained in the imprint or comparable data found in reference contacts, e.g. mailing addresses, telephone and fax numbers and email-addresses, for reasons that do not solely deal with distinctively requested information is prohibited. The right to take legal action against the distributors of so-called spam e-mails in violation of this prohibition is expressly reserved.

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service by Google Inc. ("Google"). This analytical service uses so-called "cookies", text files that are saved on a user's computer and allow an analysis of the use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about the use of the website (including the IP address) will be partially transferred to and saved on a server in the U.S.. This information is used to compile reports on website activity for www.bellin.de, and to generate information regarding further website and internet use. Google may also transfer this information to third parties, if it is legally required, and third parties may process it on Google’s behalf. The operator of the analysis tool will in no case associate IP addresses with other personal data.
